Delivery Charges

Parcels are sent by APC courier. Next day delivery is only guaranteed when ordered by 11am Monday - Thursday for England, Wales & Scottish Lowlands. Orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched on Mondays.

Parcels are trackable and will require a signature, so please give an address where someone will be available to accept your order.

The cost is for parcels up to 30kg. We do not make any profit on delivery charges. Prices include the courier charge and packaging costs only.

England & Wales

Tracking

We will email you to let you know once your order has been dispatched and you will be given a tracking number. If you do not receive the item within five working days of dispatch please contact the courier to check the delivery status.

Failed delivery

If a parcel is returned to us as undelivered due to a wrong/incomplete address being given or you are not available to accept delivery, then you will be responsible for the cost of having the item re-dispatched. Similarly, we cannot be held responsible for missing or lost items when incorrect/incomplete address details have been provided.

Wrong Address

If you have given us the wrong address or an incomplete address resulting in the delivery needing to be redirected, we can arrange that for you at an additional charge. The cost will be the original delivery charge plus £6.00.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your order and wish to return it, we can arrange collection via the courier. The collection cost will be the same as your delivery charge plus £3.50.

If you have received the wrong order and it is our mistake we will arrange the exchange at our cost. Returns will be collected on a named day so you know when to expect the courier.

We are happy to accept returns in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. To return an item, please contact us via the contacts page and we will be in touch within 2 working days. Please include the original packaging paperwork with your return so we can process it.

If you have requested a refund for your return, please allow 14 days from the date we receive the product back for your refund to be processed.
